EPA CIO Policy 2106.0 recognizes exisiting policies and procedures as the foundation of an Agency-wide Quality Program; establishes an approach for identifying and addressing Agency quality issues, and provides a structure and procedures to ensure and enhance the effectiveness of the Quality Program and its application to Agency products and services.
