  Region 3 Quality Management Plan (QMP) which describes the policies, procedures and management systems that govern quality control activities of environmental information collection and/or use. The primary goal of the Region’s quality system described by the QMP is to ensure that all environmentally-related data activities performed by or for the Region will result in the production of data that is of adequate quality to support specific decisions or actions.
