This Multi-Site Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) was prepared in accordance with the respective Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the Settlement Agreement and Administrative Order on Consent (Settlement Agreement) between the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (WPSC) effective May 5, 2006; The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company (PGL) effective June 5, 2007; and North Shore Gas Company (NSG) effective July 23, 2007.
This Multi-Site QAPP presents the organization, data quality objectives (DQOs), a set of anticipated activities, sample analysis, data handling and specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures associated with Studies for the above mentioned sites.
