Summary
Proposed administrative penalty order for: (1) improper discharge of sewage sludge from Town's wastewater treatment facility without authorization of a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") Permit; and (2) improper operation of wastewater treatment facility in noncompliance with NPDES permit. The public comment period will be open from November 5, 2015 to December 4, 2015.
