Summary

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4 intends to issue an Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class 5 permit under the authority of Title 40 the Code of Federal Regulations at Parts 124, 144, 146, and 147 to KenAmerican Resources, Inc. Any person wishing to comment on any aspect of the proposed permit should do so within 30 days of the date of the Public Notice (January 17, 2017).
