This report on minor uses of pesticides was required by Section 31 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as Amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of August 3, 1996. It describes EPA's minor use activities as of 2001 along with information about our partnerships with other federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Food and Drug Administration. The report was issued on October 3, 2001.
