Most, if not all, pesticide labels contain some type of warranty disclaimer language. It is important, as always, that the Agency be consistent in reviewing such language when it is first submitted or subsequently amended. The Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) has found warranty disclaimer statements that contain potentially false or misleading language, or words and phrases that are in some way objectionable. This document explains this issue and provides examples.
