This SMMP is intended to provide management and monitoring strategies for disposal in the Historic Area Remediation Site (HARS). Appropriate management of the site is aimed at assuring that disposal activities will not unreasonably degrade or endanger human health, welfare, the marine environment or economic potentialities.
