Draft PM2.5 Precursor Demonstration Guidance
The EPA has developed a draft guidance document to assist states in the development of a PM2.5 precursor demonstration as permitted by the PM2.5 SIP Requirements Rule. This guidance includes specific guidance for a NNSR demonstration for states seeking to exempt proposed new major stationary sources and major modifications of a PM2.5 precursor from the NNSR requirements for PM2.5. Comments will be accepted through the close of business on January 31, 2017.
