Electronic Notice of Intent (eNOI)
EPA has created the eNOI for construction sites, industrial facilities, pesticides, and vessel operators to apply for coverage under EPA's:
- Construction General Permit (CGP),
- Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP),
- Pesticides General Permit (PGP), and
- Vessel General Permit (VGP).
The eNOI system is a free online service. Registration is quick and easy.
