TODAY: EPA Administrator McCarthy Testifying Before House Committee on Agriculture/Administrator to deliver keynote address on Clean Power Plan in the afternoon

WASHINGTON - Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will testify before the House Committee on Agriculture at 10 a.m. EST about the impacts of environmental regulations on rural America. This afternoon, the administrator will deliver the keynote address at the National Association of State Energy Officials' Energy Policy Outlook Conference.
