In accordance with the Harmful Algal Bloom and Hypoxia Research and Control Amendments Act of 2014, this Report to Congress describes the progress made through activities directed by the Hypoxia Task Force toward attainment of the goals of the Gulf Hypoxia Action Plan 2008.
