EPA issued a Section 114 Information Request to L'Anse Warden Electric Company for information to determine whether the emission source is complying with the Michigan State Implementation Plan and whether the source is subject to the Commercial or Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units at 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart DDDD.
