This report summarizes technical assistance provided to the City of Leon Valley throughout the project. It includes material collected as part of market and site technical analysis prepared for a webinar and a community workshop. With the information collected during analysis and at the workshop, the City of Leon Valley has an action plan that allows the city, and other similar communities, to address closed auto dealerships in a sustainable manner—one that focuses on putting properties back into a productive use and benefits all key stakeholders.
