On April 29, 2016, EPA sent a letter requesting a site visit to collect information on the processes and controls at the Denka Performance Elastomer – Pontchartrain Works facility in LaPlace, LA. EPA sought information to improve our understanding of the facility operations and of the potential air pollutants at the facility.
