Each year, staff in EPA's Region 6 office in Dallas, Texas, conducts inspections of potential pollution sources and some result in enforcement actions and penalties. Copies of EPA inspection reports, enforcement actions and documents related to the agency's review of environmental impact statements under the National Environmental Policy Act are available to the public using our online, searchable database.
