Procedures to establish National Rules of Behavior

The purpose of this procedure is to establish the EPA National Rules of Behavior to comply with OMB Circular A-130, regarding rules of behavior for users of information systems applicable to all users of EPA information and information systems for Agency users and to safeguard EPA information and information systems from misuse, abuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
