EPA has been engaged in scientific and technical cooperation with Russia, Central Asia, the Caucasus and Ukraine for over 40 years. As appropriate, information exchange and engagements continue on environment, science and technology issues. EPA has hosted delegations and sent EPA experts abroad to share information about environmental issues where EPA has experience and expertise.

Partners from Eurasia are participants in a number of international efforts where EPA engages, such as the Global Methane Initiative, Partnership for Clean Fuels and Vehicles, and the Global Alliance to Eliminate Lead Paint.
