Contracting with EPA

Acquisition Management - EPA procures many supplies and services to support agency mission objectives. The Office of Acquisition Management serves as the national program management office responsible for contracting at EPA.  On their site, you will find information about contracting at EPA, including:

  • presolicitation, solicitation and awards notices,
  • requests for quotations,
  • a list of active contracts,
  • a database of future procurement opportunities, and
  • links to acquisition policy information.

Small Business Opportunities - EPA's Office of Small Business Programs fosters opportunities for partnerships, contracts, subagreements, and grants for small and socioeconomically-disadvantaged concerns. This website includes a list of active contracts and information about presolicitation notices and current solicitations.

Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) - EPA is required to designate products that are or can be made with recovered materials, and to recommend practices for buying these products. Once a product is designated, procuring agencies are required to purchase it with the highest recovered material content level practicable. This site includes information and resources explaining EPA's CPG Program.

Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) - The EPP Program helps agencies across the federal government comply with green purchasing requirements. This site helps find and evaluate information about green products and services; identify federal green buying requirements; calculate the costs and benefits of purchasing choices; and manage green purchasing processes.
