EPA and the Gulf of Mexico Program is working with partners to fund cooperative agreements to:

• Improve water quality in the region
• Improve coastal community resilience
• Increase environmental education about the importance of the Gulf of Mexico
• Restore critical habitat in the Gulf of Mexico
