Sustainable Features

  • Hawthorne Plaza received the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® Gold for Existing Buildings (version 2.0) certification in May 2009 and received LEED Platinum for Existing Buildings (version 2009) in August 2014.
  • The building has received the ENERGY STAR® annually since 2008, most recently in 2015 with a score of 96.
