Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) Game Changer Report — provides a collection of never-before-assembled case studies of the sports industry's most prominent and successful greening initiatives from across North America.

Council for Responsible Sport (CRS) — The mission of the Council for Responsible Sport is to provide objective, independent verification of the socially and environmentally responsible work event organizers are doing, and to actively support event organizers who strive to make a difference in their communities.

Greening Sports — the Pacific Northwest Pollution Prevention Resource Center's (PPRC) "Greening Sports" project is designed to compliment efforts by the Green Sports Alliance, U.S. EPA, Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and others to assist sports teams, venues, and leagues to reduce their environmental footprint and improve their economic performance.

Greening Sports Directory — This directory offered by PPRC connects you to contacts offering practical next steps and guidance on greening your sports facility’s operations under these major categories: energy efficiency, green cleaning, green purchasing, waste management, and water efficiency.

Why Be Green - Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) — Many of the suggestions in this guide can reduce operating costs. Improved efficiency means less waste, which often translates into cost savings.

Green Sports Alliance Operations Roadmap (PDF) (19 pp, 1.6 M, About PDF) is designed to support the members of the Alliance in their efforts to improve environmental performance, reduce operating expenses, and develop opportunities for new revenue through sponsorship and ticket sales.
