1996 Consent Decree, Sunnyside Gold Corp. v. Colorado Water Quality Control Division (PDF)(183 pp, 11 MB)
Without deciding the issue, this Consent Decree settlement resolved a disagreement between Sunnyside Gold Corporation and the Colorado Water Quality Control Division concerning whether seeps and springs that may arise from placing bulkheads in the American Tunnel would be subject to Clean Water Act jurisdiction as point sources.
