This is a user guide for the registration process for EPA Fuel Programs under the Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ). It includes instructions for creating a user account in the Central Data Exchange (CDX), accessing program services for registering and reporting under EPA Fuel Programs, associating with companies and entering company information in the OTAQ Registration system (OTAQREG), and updating user roles and company information.
