Letter to American Petroleum Institute: Refiners Determination of Reformulated Gasoline (RFG) Compliance

Refiners may apply the two percent tolerance to reformulated gasoline test results to determine whether they are in compliance with reformulated gasoline rules. Issued Feb. 6, 2002.
