Guidance: Superfund Oversight Policies

Transmittal memorandum to the Region regarding two 12/22/2006 guidance documents addressing Superfund oversight. Issued 1/24/2007.

The decision was to transmit these two documents jointly to confirms EPA's commitment to promote transparency in determination of oversight amounts.
