Fuel Waiver Concerning Diesel Fuel in the State of Kentucky, October 25, 2005

This is a waiver of the highway diesel sulfur requirements and the dye requirements for diesel fuel containing greater than 500 ppm sulfur for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
