Sets forth procedures for determining appropriate enforcement response for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act Good Laboratory Practice Standards (GLPS) found at 40 CFR Part 160. This policy is a supplement to the July 2, 1992 FIFRA Enforcement Response Policy (ERP) and is to be used in conjunction with the policies and matrices found in that ERP. Issued Sept. 30, 1991.
