This list is provided for informational purposes only and is not an endorsement of any particular document or approach. While templates, checklists, or agreements developed for purposes of compensatory mitigation for the Corps Regulatory Program need to comply with the mitigation regulations, the regulations also provide substantial flexibility for districts to account for regional differences in aquatic resource types, functions, and services.
