Clarifiying Waters to be Retained under Clean Water Act Section 404
This letter, from the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS), Association of Clean Water Administrators (ACWA), and the Association of State Wetland Managers (ASWM) is addressed to the USACE's Regulatory Program encouraging the USACE to continue working with the subcommittee "to achieve a consensus report that fully reflects the "Charge to the Subcommittee".
