August 1	Round 1 Final NODA	CSAPR OS, NOx Annual, SO2 Group 1, and SO2 Group 2	August 1st is also the deadline by which U.S. EPA must record the round 1 allowance allocations.
September 15	Round 2 Preliminary NODA	CSAPR OS	Second round preliminary NODAs list units EPA believes are eligible for a 2nd round NUSA allocation; no emissions data or allowance calculations are provided.
November 15	Round 2 Final NODA	CSAPR OS	Round 2 allocations for the CSAPR OS NUSA are based on a unit's ozone season emissions in tons as of September 30 of the current calendar year. November 15 is also the deadline by which U.S. EPA must record the round 2 allowance allocations.
December 15	Round 2 Preliminary NODA	CSAPR NOx Annual, SO2 Group 1, and SO2 Group 2	Second round preliminary NODAs list units EPA believes are eligible for a 2nd round allocation; no emissions data or allowance calculations are provided.
