EPA's South Central Region (Region 6, ONLY for states: AR, LA, NM, OK, TX) prefers Agent/Brokers use their eNOA system where registered users can LOGIN or REGISTER if they need an ID and Password. Registered users may also request to Change or Reset Password.
EPA's Pacific Southwest Region (Region 9, ONLY for: AZ, CA, NV, HI, Pacific Islands) prefers Agent/Brokers use their eNOA system where registered users can LOGIN or REGISTER if they need an ID and Password. Registered users may also request to Change or Reset Password.
Note: Please disregard the expired OMB approval date on EPA's Notice of Arrival (EPA Form 3540-1). A new approval date is pending. EPA will continue to accept this Notice of Arrival form while the new approval date is pending. EPA will provide an updated version of EPA's Notice of Arrival form once it is renewed.
