Continuing EPA's unprecedented public engagement and outreach on the Clean Power Plan, EPA held four, two-day public hearings across the country on the proposed federal plan and model rules for the Clean Power Plan. The hearings were held in mid-November 2015 in Pittsburgh, Denver, Atlanta and Washington, DC.
