Public Hearings: Clean Power Plan Proposed Federal Plan

Continuing EPA's unprecedented public engagement and outreach on the Clean Power Plan, EPA held four, two-day public hearings across the country on the proposed federal plan and model rules for the Clean Power Plan. The hearings were held in mid-November 2015 in Pittsburgh, Denver, Atlanta and Washington, DC. The hearings provided interested parties the opportunity to present data, views or arguments concerning the proposed action. You can learn more about the hearings in the Federal Register notice.
