This technical support document provides additional information relating to the Clean Power Plan Proposed Rule. It is intended to discuss topics regarding the monitoring and reporting of net output energy and stack gas volumetric flow rate at electric generating units (EGUs) for which the agency is seeking comments, as stated in the preamble of the proposal.
