Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Partnership

Steps to Becoming a Partner

  1. Participation in the CHP Partnership begins when you submit and EPA approves a Partner's Letter of Intent, as well as a completed Annual Reporting Form. The date on the Letter of Intent is the "join date" for the Partner.
  2. After the EPA CHP team receives the Letter of Intent and Annual Reporting Form, you will receive a package of welcome materials providing an introduction to the Partnership. The EPA CHP team will also contact the partner liaison you designate to introduce ourselves and answer any questions.

Once your organization becomes a Partner, the time and resource investment on your part is minimal. See Partner Responsibilities.

Please contact us at chp@epa.gov or (703) 373-8108 if you have questions or would like assistance in becoming a Partner.
