On May 16, the EPA Combined Heat and Power Partnership (CHPP) presented at USCHPA 2012 Spring Policy Forum. The forum was a one-day event focusing on a variety of topics related to CHP technology. The topic of the presentation was "Credits for Combined Heat and Power (CHP) in Output-Based Environmental Regulations (OBR)."
