This fact sheet provides information for persons who may be subject to the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule about regulatory reporting thresholds that are applicable to the 2016 reporting period. For 2016, manufacturers must consider production volume from 2012 – 2015 as well as the effect of certain actions under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) on certain reporting thresholds when determining whether they need to report.
