Section 185 Workgroup of the CAAAC
This workgroup is currently inactive.
At its January 2009 meeting, the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee decided to form a workgroup on implementation issues concerning Section 185 of the Clean Air Act. The Workgroup commented on a draft EPA guidance document as well as suggested additional measures related to implementing an acceptable alternative program. The workgroup submited their draft recommendations to the CAAAC during the spring meeting in 2009.
