Approved for Submittal to EPA by the Clean Air Act Advisory Committee, January 2016
The CAAAC’s Air Toxics Work Group has submitted to the EPA a report that contains 25 recommendations related to air toxics. The report responds to a charge from the agency that is spelled out in the report’s introduction. The full CAAAC approved the report’s submittal -- subject to full committee member suggestions -- during its meeting on November 18, 2015. The full committee member suggestions are included in an addendum to the report.
