Below is the delegation agreement, and other supporting information, between EPA and the Navajo Nation for the implementation of the title V operating permit program under 40 CFR part 71. The initial delegation agreement became effective on October 15, 2004. See 69 FR 222. In addition, a supplemental agreement became effective March 26, 2006. See 71 FR 16773.
