The BOSC was charged to conduct a retrospective and prospective review of the relevance, structure, performance, quality, scientific leadership, coordination and communication, and outcomes of the HHRP and to provide qualitative ratings relative to the Program’s performance with respect to its Long-Term Goals (LTGs).
