Webinar: "The R2 Standard: Responsible Recycling for Electronics"

The Border 2020 Program hosted the webinar "Introduction to the R2 Standard: Responsible Recycling for Electronics" on November 5, 2013; an initiative under its Goal 3: Sustainable Materials, Waste Management, and Clean Sites, to promote education on best management practices.

Kelley Keogh, a consultant for R2 Solutions and expert on e-waste best management practices, presented information regarding the Responsible Recycling (R2) certification program: requirements to get certified, benefits of certification, and considerations working in Mexico.
