EPA has signed an Enforceable Consent Agreement (ECA) pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq., with Arco Chemical Company, BASF Corporation, and International Specialty Products Company, hereinafter, “the Companies” who have agreed to perform certain health effects tests with n-methylpyrrolidone (CAS No. 872—50—4) (NMP).
