EPA is issuing a final rule under section 4(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requiring manufacturers and processors of oleylamine (9-octadecenylamine or ODA, CAS Number 112-90—3) to test this chemical for developmental toxicity, and for mutagenicity.
