Asbestos: Manufacture, Importation, Processing, and Distribution in Commerce Prohibitions; Final Rule 40 CFR Part 763

EPA is issuing this final rule under section 6 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to prohibit, at staged intervals, the future manufacture, importation, processing. and distribution in commerce of asbestos in almost all products, as identified in the rule.
