How to File with EPA's Administrative Law Judges by Courier, Mail or Personal Delivery

Privacy Act Statement,
Notice of Disclosure of Confidential and Personal Information, and
Notice of Waiver of Confidentiality and Consent to Public Disclosure

If any person files or submits to the Office of Administrative Law Judges any un-redacted Confidential Business Information or Personally Identifiable Information pertaining to themselves or their client, that person thereby waives any claims to confidentiality and consents to public disclosure by EPA, including posting on the Internet, of all such information they submit.

To protect information against public disclosure, parties must follow the procedures specified in the Office's Privacy Act Statement and Notice of Disclosure of Confidential and Personal Information.

Our office is open to accept documents submitted by hand, U.S. Postal Service, or commercial courier between the hours of 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. For documents submitted through those means, the inked datestamp physically applied by this office serves as the official date and time of filing. Any document received by those means after 4:30 PM may be treated as having been filed the next business day.
