The Technical Support Document for the Final Transport Rule describes how emissions were processed for air quality modeling in support of the final Cross-state Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR). The emissions were based on updates to the emissions in the 2005 National Emissions Inventory, Version 2. The abbreviations for the modeling cases discussed are 2005cs, 2005as, 2012cs, 2014cs, and 2014cs_tr1remedy.
