Memo on Emission Statement Requirement Under 8-Hour Ozone NAAQS Implementation

This memorandum clarifies that the emission statement requirement under the Clean Air Act is applicable to all areas designated nonattainment for the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and classified as marginal or higher.
