Acute Exposure Guideline Levels (AEGLs) Committee Meeting March 10-12, 1998

A meeting of the National Advisory Committee for Acute Exposure Guideline Levels for Hazardous Substances (NAC/AEGL Committee) was held on March 10-12, 1998, in Washington, DC. At this meeting, the NAC/AEGL Committee addressed various aspects of the acute toxicity and the development of Acute Exposure Guideline Levels (AEGLs) for the following chemicals: acrolein, bromine, chloromethyl methyl ether, epichlorohydrin, methyl trichlorosilane, nickel carbonyl, nitric oxide, trimethyl chlorosilane, and literature review on jet fuel (JP-4, 5, 7 and 8).
