Advance Program Participants

The participants below have agreed to take proactive steps toward improving air quality. EPA is assisting them as they identify, evaluate, select, implement, and update measures and programs tailored to their needs. If your area is interested in participating in the Advance program, contact advance@epa.gov.

NOTE: EPA does not "approve" or "disapprove" participant commitments.  As the information in an area's plan changes, participants send updated versions to EPA for posting.  Documents are posted on this site as they are received by EPA. Areas that have remained inactive in Advance are removed from this web page, but will be returned if they become active again.
